To apply for the 48th Australian Winter School, Hunter Valley 2025 click this link, enter your details and press "Submit". Please read the note below before attempting electronic payment.
Costs for Winter School are listed in the application. They are also listed below for reference:
The costs per person for the week are –
- Shared room in shared accommodation - $2200 = basic cost for the week
- Single room in shared accommodation - ADD $250
- Single use of a studio - ADD $350
- NON RSCDS MEMBER - ADD $100
- If sending money internationally, ADD $ 12
- NON-DANCER - DEDUCT $300
- COMMUTER - DEDUCT $600
Once your money arrives in our account, we will acknowledge this by e-mail and send you a receipt number. That way, you can be confident that it’s not lost in cyberspace. Some banks hold on to payments made to new payees for a day or two, to ensure it’s not a scam. So give us a week, but if you haven’t heard back from us within a week of paying, do let us know, and we’ll do our best to sort it out for you.
Issues when making electronic payments

As you will see on the Application Form, all payments can be made online to our Bank Account:
However, we have been made aware of a potential issue:
When a couple of dancers typed -
HVWS 2025 + BSB: 032 513 + Account Number 444818
- they got the following message -
There’s a different name commonly used for this account.
They then changed the name of the account to -
Hunter Valley WS 2025 + BSB: 032 513 + Account Number 444818
- they got the following message -
The account name seems to match the account.
The details look right, based on the details we’ve seen used for the account.
As you can see, the bank details are the same both times. The Bank assures us that as long as the BSB and account numbers are correct, it doesn’t really matter what name you put in. However, it is quite disconcerting to get a message like the first one, so we have changed this on the application form. But rest assured, if the numbers are correct, your money will go in.
As you will see on the Application Form, all payments can be made online to our Bank Account:

- they got the following message -
There’s a different name commonly used for this account.
- An uncommon account name can be a sign of a scam – speak to the payee to check it’s really them requesting the payment and confirm the BSB and account number
- There could be a typo – check the BSB and account number you’ve entered are correct.
They then changed the name of the account to -
Hunter Valley WS 2025 + BSB: 032 513 + Account Number 444818
- they got the following message -
The account name seems to match the account.
